        The basis of this technique is the power of concentration on your temple.

         Everyone can choose his breathing times by his power, but you have to say mentally mantras on this rhythm. Each mantra has its importance.

         While you are breathing in:

Peace and Silence upon me!  Peace and Silence upon me!  Peace and Silence upon me!

 

        While you are retaining:  Peace!  Peace!   Peace!  Love!  Love!  Love!

 

        While you are breathing out: You say the Ui mantra.
