THE TECHNIQUE OF BREATHING NO. 7

 


At the basis of this technique of meditation sits the power of concentration upon the love of nature.

The exercise begins in the Position of Devotion.

7.1. While you breath in slowly, rise up the hands and say mentally the mantra:

My love is rising to the sky!

7.2. While you breath out slowly, take down the hands and say mentally the mantra:

The Love from the sky descends, embraces me, floods me!

7.3. While you breath in, rise up the hands in front of Anahata Chakra, and then while you breath out stretch the hands in front of you and say mentally the mantra:

And I offer it to you, nature!

7.4. On retention, say mentally the mantra, with the hands stretched large in front of you:

Love, Love, Love to you, nature!
Love, Love, Love to you, nature!
Love, Love, Love to you, nature!

7.5. While you breath in, return to the Position of Devotion and while you breathe out, salute.
