THE TECHNIQUE OF BREATHING NO.8


At the basis of this technique of meditation sits the power of concentration upon the five elements of the new era, which sits at the basis of Maitreya’s School.

Begin the exercise in the Position of the Wise Man in Meditation. Say mentally the mantra:

Peace and Silence upon me! Breath in and breath out strengly.
Peace and Silence upon me! Breath in and breath out strengly.
Peace and Silence upon me! Breath in and breath out strengly.

8.1. While you breath in, rise up the arms in front of Anahata Chakra and say mentally the mantra, while you open the arms, rising them a little bit bended:

Love, Cosmic Fire, Light, Truth, Harmony I embrace!

8.2. While you breath out, descends the arms and say mentally the mantra:

They traverse me!

8.3. When the arms arrive in front of the energetic pelvis, say mentally the mantra:

I feel their condensation!

8.4. While you breath in twist your hands in front of solar plexus and stretch the arms before you, in front of Anahata Chakra, epitomizing the abnegation, then breath out saying mentally the mantra:

Everything is for everybody!

8.5. On retention, maintaining the arms in front of you, say mentally the mantra:

Peace, Peace, Peace! Love, love, Love!

8.6. While you breath in take the Position of Devotion, then salute while you breath out.

8.7. While you breath in take the Position of the Wise Man in Meditation and while you breath out say mentally the mantra:

Peace and Silence upon the Places of Waiting!

Note: Every mantra has a value, and the value is given by the one who practice it. As much as the inspiration and the expiration is more slowly, as much the value of this technique is bigger.
